Welcome to DermaMe ("Platform"), operated by DermaMe ("Company", "we", "us").
By accessing or using www.dermame.online, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. NATURE OF THE PLATFORM (IMPORTANT)
DermaMe provides: • an AI-based skin assessment tool, and • access to optional third-party dermatology services.
⚠️ The Platform: • does not provide medical advice, • does not perform medical diagnosis, • does not provide treatment recommendations, • is not a medical device.
All information provided by the Platform is informational and cosmetic in nature only.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND USE
2.1 Adults
The Platform may be used by individuals aged 18 years or older.

2.2 Use on Behalf of Minors
Parents or legal guardians may use the Platform on behalf of a minor.
In such cases: • the parent/legal guardian is the sole contracting party, • assumes full responsibility for use of the Platform, • confirms legal authority to act on behalf of the minor.
The Company does not knowingly provide services directly to minors.

2.3 Age Misrepresentation
Users must provide accurate age information.
The Company: • does not verify age beyond reasonable measures, • is not liable for misuse resulting from false declarations.

3. AI SKIN ASSESSMENT
The Platform may provide an automated skin analysis based on images and user input.
This assessment: • is purely informational, • is based on algorithmic analysis, • may be inaccurate or incomplete.
⚠️ It must not be relied upon for: • medical decisions, • diagnosis, • treatment.

4. NO MEDICAL RELATIONSHIP
Use of the Platform does not create: • a doctor-patient relationship, • a medical consultation, • any healthcare obligation by the Company.

5. OPTIONAL THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Platform may allow users to connect with independent dermatologists.
In such cases: • any relationship exists solely between the user and the third-party provider, • the Company is not a party to that relationship, • the Company has no responsibility or liability for any services provided by third parties.

6. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to: • provide accurate information, • upload lawful content, • use the Platform appropriately.
You must not: • misuse the Platform, • upload content you do not have rights to, • provide false identity or authority.

7. IMAGE UPLOADS AND CONTENT
7.1 Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all uploaded images and content.

You confirm that: • you have the right to upload the images, • any identifiable individuals have consented.

If uploading images of a minor: • you confirm you are the parent/legal guardian, • you have full authority and consent.

Users are encouraged to avoid uploading: • identifiable facial features, • unnecessary personal information.

8. USE OF DATA AND AI TRAINING
8.1 Data Use
By using the Platform, you agree that submitted data (including images) may be used for: • providing the service, • improving system performance, • developing and training AI systems, • research and analytics.

Images and questionnaire responses may include sensitive personal data relating to skin condition and appearance.
Such data is processed: • based on explicit user consent, or • parental consent where applicable, • in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

9. DATA RETENTION
Data is stored for a maximum of six (6) months, unless: • required by law, or • otherwise agreed.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Platform content, software, and branding are protected by intellectual property laws.
Users are granted: • a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license • for personal use only.

11. ACCEPTABLE USE
Users must not: • upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content, • violate rights of others, • misuse the Platform.
The Company may remove content or suspend accounts at any time.

The Company: • provides no medical services, • assumes no responsibility for medical decisions, • is not liable for any health-related outcomes.
